John Hyatt was rated one of the top of agents in the nation. He joined Coast Newport Properties in 2001 after working with the luxury property division of Christie's Auction House. John sold his first home in Southern California in the 1970's and has been a resident of Spyglass Hill's ocean view community in Corona del Mar for 20 years.
He was very honored to have receive awards for the Presidents Circle plus certificates from Pepperdine University in negotiation skills and additional credentials for ePro, CMRS, CMMS and CMIS. In addition he serves on the Orange Coast Association of REALTORS  MLS Board of Directors and Professional Standards commitees.
